Thursday May 16th was Bus Driver Appreciation Day at the Kanatakon School. The Kanatakon School students and staff assembled in the gym to acknowledge and thank the bus drivers who drive the students to and from school safely each day. The students made thank you cards for the drivers and thanked them personally in the assembly. The drivers were also presented with gifts from the Ahkwesahsne Mohawk Board of Education and Kanatakon School staff. Niawenko:wa to all bus drivers who transport our most precious people.
