Salmon River Elementary and St. Regis Mohawk School Pre-K and Kindergarten Registration

Registration for students entering Pre-Kindergarten or Kindergarten in September 2013 will be held on Wednesday, May 15 from 2-6 pm, and on Thursday, May 16 from 1-3 pm in the Campus Elementary School for Salmon River Elementary School. At the St. Regis Mohawk School, registration will be held on Wednesday, May 22 from 12:30pm - 4pm, and on Thursday, May 23 from 9:30 am-6pm and in the Multipurpose Room.

Children entering Pre-K must be 4 years of age by December l, 2013.

Children entering Kindergarten must be 5 years of age by December l, 20l3.

It is not necessary for your child to attend registration; however, at the time of registration, an appointment will be made for your child to attend screening, which will test your child’s readiness for school.

All parents registering a child MUST bring a copy of the child’s birth certificate and immunization record to registration. Your child has had lead screening, please also bring a copy of the results. Please also bring your tribal enrollment card if you have one.
