To Whom It May Concern;

This is our official letter announcing we will be accepting applications for the Pyke Family Memorial Scholarship. The Criteria are as follows;

• Applicant must be an enrolled member of the First Nations

• Applicant must write a letter of application

• Applicant must include a copy of acceptance letter

• Applicant must include a copy of high school transcripts

We are accepting applications from students going into any field. Applications have to be hand delivered to Mohawk Vision on Rt. 37 Monday through Friday between 9:00 am & 4:30 pm. No Faxes will be accepted. Deadline for applications is May 31 at 4:30pm.

This letter will not be going to the schools it is your responsibility to apply for this. Postings will be in the Indian Time as well as Ononkwasona Pharmacy and Mohawk Vision.
