SRMT will receive separate sealed Proposals for the Construction of a Broadband Hub Building, project work is within an approximately 1.2 acre site work area requiring imported fill materials, new paved driveway and parking area, sidewalks, storm water drainage control system, water utility extension to site, on-site septic system, and landscaping, with a 2,880 square foot building which includes mixed occupancies (S-2 Storage and B Business) separated by a wood framed fire rated barrier wall; single story wood framed walls and roof structure, with steel reinforced cast in place concrete foundation footing and wall system, at 2819 Route 95, Akwesasne, NY. Proposal documents are $75.00 non-refundable.
