On Monday, the Kanatakon School held its Awards Assembly for the month of March. Principal Alice King emceed the event. The Kanatakon School gives four different awards to motivate their students to excel in different areas. There are Students of the Month, for which students receive a certificate and a Physical Education Award, which earns students a necklace. Showing Good Character gets students a feather and an award called “Caught You Speaking Kanienkeha” for students who speak Kanienkeha outside of the classroom. Congratulations students!
