Description of Position: The IRA Manager will work with the Program Manager in developing and implementing program policies and procedures for the three Individualized Residential Alternatives, assist in developing and overseeing program budgets.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in the field of Human Services or Social Services with two years experience in a supervisory role in a human services/developmental disability organization. QMRP status preferred. Must be at least 21 years of age, have and maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean drivers abstract in accordance with the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe’s Fleet Policy. Successful candidate must pass criminal background check.
