Description of Position: Assist Tribal employees in resolving disputes between managers/supervisors.  Develop annual training plan for all Tribal staff, training to be in areas of Administrative processes, health and safety, harassment and Tribal policies affecting staff.

Qualifications: Associates Degree in a related field and three years Human Resource experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
