Annual Salary: Pay Band 3 $28,708.12 – 35,344.01

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under the supervision of the Program Manager, the incumbent is responsible for efficient coordination of all medical transportation requests within the ANIHB program. Communicates with organizations to effectively ensure that patients get to appointments in a safe and timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Secondary School Diploma and minimum 2 years working experience in an office setting. Extensive knowledge of geographic location of the community of Akwesasne.

The incumbent must have strong background and knowledge of the programs within the Department of Health and have willingness to work as an effective team member. Incumbent must have the skills to plan, organize, assign and coordinate the activities of the medical transportation program and present ideas effectively, orally and in writing. Must have excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to use personal vehicle during the course of employment. Must maintain strict confidentiality.
