Community Announcement RE: CANADIAN PASSPORT/NEXUS CARD CLINIC

The Mohawk Council of Akwesasne will be holding a Canadian Passport/Nexus Card clinic for the purpose of filling out and submitting the applications to obtain these useful identification documents.

Due to the overwhelming interest of community members who wish to obtain these identification documents, the clinic is now being offered on two separate dates as follows:

Thursday, February 7, 2013 from 9:00 am-3:00 pm at the St. Regis Recreation Center

AND

Saturday, February 9, 2013 from 9:00 am-3:00 pm at the St. Regis Recreation Center

Community members are encouraged to pick up the information forms and applications for these identification documents at the front desk of MCA Administration Building 2 prior to the attending either clinic because the list of the acceptable identification and required fees payable when applying for a passport or Nexus card is included on the information forms.

A photographer will be available at the clinics to take an official photo for these identification documents and the fee for these photos is $20. As an alternative, you may bring in your own official passport photo to be used for your identification document application.
