Status: Full-time, Exempt Deadline: Enníska/February 15, 2013

Description of Position: The Program Manager is responsible for the planning, development, implementation, continuation, monitoring, and improvement of the Three Sisters Program of the Social Service Division, in support of the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe’s organizational mission and goals. Collaborates with the Assistant Director of Social Services in developing goals, attaining/allocating human and physical resources, developing policies and procedures and ensuring adequate financial resources.

Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in related field with a minimum of 5 years documented work experience in managing programs, staff and operations.  Must be at least 21 years of age, have and maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean drivers abstract in accordance with the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe’s Fleet Policy. Successful candidate must pass criminal background check.
