Annual Salary:  Pay Band -07 - $42,795.73 - $52,688.06

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under the direction and supervision of the Program Manager, the Supervisor ANIHB is responsible for all patient information and registration. Performs a wide range of administrative activities, coordinates, and directs all services, personnel to ensure efficient program delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Secondary School Diploma; 2-year office management degree in Business. Four to six (4 – 6) years experience in an office environment; Supervisory skills an asset.

The incumbent is required to maintain and uphold the policies and procedures within the ANIHB program by ensuring that all providers, community members and staff are dealt with tact and diplomacy; maintains a trained workforce; ensures adequate resources are available; supervises people fairly; keeps up to date on new developments in the field of insured benefits; fulfills responsibilities in a consistent manner. Must possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to use personal vehicle in the course of employment.
