Description of Position: In accordance with the elements of competence established for individual Programs within the Social Services Division, the Program Manager is responsible for the planning, development, implementation, continuation, monitoring and improvement of the Three Sisters Program of the Social Services Division, in support of the St. Regis Mohawk Tribe’s organizational mission and goals.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in related field with a minimum of 5 years documented work experience in managing programs, staff and operations of a domestic violence agency. Familiar with Violence Against Women Act 2005, New York State Family Law, the Indian Child Welfare Act and Family Court procedures.
