Description of Position: The Compliance Inspector will ensure licensed businesses are in compliance with applicable laws such as the following; The Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe Tobacco Ordinance, Alcoholic Beverage Control Act, Petroleum Ordinance, Mass Gathering Ordinance and the Department of Athletic Regulations.
Qualifications: Associate’s degree in a related field or 3 years related work experience and training. Must be physically fit, required to carry approximately 50lbs. Must possess computer skills as successful applicant will be responsible for own clerical duties. Must be at least 21 years of age, have and maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean drivers abstract in accordance with the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe’s Fleet Policy.
