Community Traditional Food Drive

MCA Tehotiienawakon—

Environment Program

and

First Nations Food,

Nutrition and Environment Study

Sponsored by:

This food drive is to collect traditional food samples from community members for contaminant and nutrition analysis.

Food should be grown locally. Food can be home processed or raw.

Approximately one cup of sample is needed.

If game meats, fish or fowl are not from here, that is okay as long as we can record where it is from.

Please Note: There is a limit to the number of samples we can take: we need 5 replicates of each type of sample

For further information contact Peggy Pyke-Thompson, MCA Tehotiienawakon—Environment, Project Community Coordinator; 613 936 1548 extension 1038 or [email protected]
