On Tuesday October 16th the Salmon River varsity boys soccer team won their first Central Division game of the season with a convincing 6-0 win over Gouverneur.
The Shamrocks led 4-0 at halftime on their home turf and went on to score two more times. Brady Mitchell found the back of the net twice while Nick Hynes helped with a goal and an assist. Antonio Domino, Stephen Tremblay and Elden King put in singletons. Conner Walrath and Justin Bigness each had an assist.
Zach Smith worked the crease for six saves to earn the shutout. Seth Carr had 15 saves for the Wildcats.
