1st ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Akwesasne Athletics is a non-profit organization with the aim of promoting, developing and providing access to organized sports for youth in Akwesasne and neighboring communities.

In fulfilling its objectives, Akwesasne Athletics will be conducting its 1st Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, September 25th, beginning at 6:30pm in the Kanonhkwatsheriio Turtle Room.

The major items that will be discussed include a vote by members to accept the organization’s constitution and the election of the Board of Directors. Nominations will be held for the positions of President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, Registrar, as well as Boy’s and Girl’s Field Lacrosse Commissioners.

The Annual General Meeting is open to all members of Akwesasne Athletics; including parents, coaches, referees and others that are involved with Akwesasne Attack Lacrosse.
