Annual Salary: Pay Band 05 $34,736.81 - $42,766.21

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the supervision of the Program Manager, the incumbent is responsible for assisting community members with attaining their optimum level of holistic health, developing and delivering health promotion programs and services by assisting in the development, promotion and implementation of the program mandate; by developing and delivering health promotion services and guideline adherence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A University Degree in Community Health, with the ability to become a certified personal trainer; OR College Diploma in a Health related field, with certification as a Personal Trainer.

Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to use personal vehicle in the course of employment.
