A Voice from the Eastern Door
Learn and receive hands-on experience in boiling water and pressure canning, gelled products, pickling, freezing, and drying; and a discussion of other methods of preservation. Certificates of participation are distributed to those who complete the course, the first step toward becoming a CCE Master Food Preserver. After this training you will be able to hold workshops in your community on food preservation. Space is limited and you must register before August 13.
