Pay Band 8: $47,931.34-$59,010.51

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under Mohawk Government, and the supervision of the Government Support Manager, the incumbent is responsible for investigation, reporting, and the processing of complaints by community members on Canada Border Service Agency issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Post Secondary education in a program of Law and Security; one (1) year work experience in investigation and reporting of occurrences/files (i.e.: peace or police officer, social worker or legal administrator, etc.)

The incumbent will process CBSA complaints; process complaints to CHRC and to the CHRT; coordinate with CBSA; coordinate any issues in regard to the transportation corridor and/or CBSA and CHRC; ensure updates are provided to ARRO Manager; provide educational notices to the community.
