Brad R. Bigtree, 47, of 141 St. Regis Road, Hogansburg was charged by MassenaVillage police with driving while intoxicated on Parker Avenue at 10:52 p.m. Saturday. He was also ticketed for unsafe backing.

Kanawakeron Swamp, 48, of Cornwall Island, Ont. operated the vehicle involved in a property damage accident at 3:18 p.m. Sunday on state Route 122, near Flat Rock Road, in the town of Constable investigated by Malone-based state police.

Tammy L. White, 45, of Akwesasne was charged by Massena-based state police with aggravated driving while intoxicated, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, open container violation, and ticketed for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operation of a vehicle with inadequate plate lamps. The traffic stop occurred at 9:35 p.m. Tuesday on state Route 37C in the town of Massena. The driving while intoxicated charge was elevated to a felony because of Leandra’s Law--she had two passengers under the age of 15 in the vehicle while she was allegedly driving while intoxicated.
