Call-out to the Community of Akwesasne

Community members, Nelson David White and Laura Morris, on behalf of the community, are in the early stages of developing a business plan for a business venture in pipe and steel fabrication in Akwesasne, namely Kawehnoke. A component of the business plan includes a technical/management/advisory board.

As such, a call-out to the community of Akwesasne is being initiated to interested community members who are interested in being a part of the technical/management/advisory board of this business venture. We are seeking 3 individuals.

The individuals being sought should have a background in structural and pipe fabrication, including management experience, be community minded, be committed to the success of the business through active participation and input in the planning process, and be a team player. Other qualities of the individuals being sought are honesty, integrity, hardworking and dedicated.

Excellence will be the foundation of the success of this business. We will continuously be forward-thinking on our safety standards and high-quality fabrication.
