Being an appeal of the amounts claimed as owed by the Applicants to the Akwesasne Housing Authority

In accordance with the Akwesasne Appeal Tribunal Regulations, Hearing Procedure, Section 5.1 states:

“The Court Clerk shall place a Notice of Appeal Proceedings in at least one local community newspaper setting out: a) the Appellant’s name; and b) the deadline date to receive requests to make representations concerning the Appeal.”

THE COURT CLERK WILL BE RECEIVING REQUESTS TO MAKE REPRESENTATIONS CONCERNING THE APPEAL UNTIL JULY 20, 2012 AT 5:00 PM, AT CIA III, COURT ADMINISTRATION, 101 TEWESATENI ROAD, KAWEHNOKE, ONTARIO OR BY CONTACTING THE COURT CLERK PEGGY FRANCIS BY TELEPHONE AT 613-575-2250 EXT. 1026.

Akwesasne Appeal Tribunal Regulations, Section 5.3 states: Any person(s) who has, prior to the deadline date, advised the Court Clerk of their wish to make representations to the Appeal Tribunal in relation to the Appeal shall be given notice of the date, place and time for the hearing.
