JOB POSTING TRAINING COORDINATOR FULL-TIME 1 YR TERM POSITION W/POSSIBILITY OF EXTENSION HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICE

Annual Salary:  Pay Band 8 $47,931.34 - $59,010.51

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Working under the direction and supervision of the HR Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for planning, developing, evaluating and the coordination of training sessions for the organization.  The incumbent will also document all aspects of the development and delivery of training and to conduct post-training assessments.

QUALIFICATIONS

:  Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or in a related discipline with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience; OR, 2 year Post Secondary Diploma in the field of Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related discipline with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.

 Incumbent should have strong presentation skills, leadership skills, excellent writing, computer and interpersonal skills, along with analytical thinking, research, planning and time management skills. Ability to speak Mohawk and knowledge of Mohawk culture is an asset. Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to use personal vehicle during the course of employment.
