Description of Position: To provide medical case management, public health education and to facilitate the referral process for prospective clients into a 56 day inpatient program.  

Qualifications:  New York State License to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse, in good standing.  Two (2) years working in the chemical dependency field.  Must be at least 21 years of age, have and maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean drivers abstract in accordance with the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe’s Fleet Policy.
