Description of Position: Responsible for the development and implementation of the operational plans used to realize the strategic objectives of the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe. Tribal Council, with the input from the Executive Director and other staff, lays out the strategic plan for the coming years. The Executive Director must be organized, goal-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast paced and changing environment. Team work, time management, excellent written, verbal communication and intense analytical skills are essential.
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Public or Business Administration (MPA or MBA) and a minimum of five years related management and supervisory experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
