Salmon River Middle School Students of the Month

Students at the Salmon River Middle School have been participating in the Student of the Month program.  The Student of the Month is based on the featured character trait from the Book of the Month.  The Books of the Month are chosen based on content that addresses human feelings and encourages the human universal values of empathy and caring. The Book of the Month for February was “Memoirs of a Goldfish” by Devin Scillian and the character trait identified in the book was friendship.  Megan Bushey from Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe Alcoholism/Chemical Dependency Prevention Program awarded the Students of the Month with gift cards. Congratulations to the students.
