The petitioner is Charging Morris Herne and Anne Herne Francis of mismanagement of Lot #87 Located in the Province of Quebec on the Regis Village Site Plan #2977 Akwesasne Mohawk Territory Indian Reservation.

Description of Property Damages as follows:

Charred Building /Dwellings are a hazard to the environment/ land /neighborhood and will need proper development constructive measures to assist the disposal from further hazards.

Constructive Maintenance is necessary in the perimeter in the boundaries of Lot 87 for proper upkeep A.S.A.P. Yard Maintenance is necessary in the perimeter in the boundaries of Lot 87 for proper upkeep in seasonal weather. Cutting grass, raking leaves, using proper garbage disposal, outlets, snow removal off entry way/driveway.

The Homestead on the Lot 87 will need cooperative measures for constructive demolition operations to remove charred building remains off the property, and excavation measures will also be appropriate for tidying the ground and landscape management measures are to be approved for adding grass seedlings to fill the bare ground patches on the property surfaces.

By taking these steps the naturalization and the required cultivation of land will be the sole responsibility and managed by the following individual Mr. Morris Herne he is a witness to occupy this Lot 87 in the following years September 1.1990 to the present time.

Mr. Morris Herne you are required to take this notice with utmost concern for all who are in consideration of petitioning against you.

There is a 90 day notice for your cooperation and documents are to be verified and updated to each office listed above.
