‘Closer to Home’ is a documentary series about Aboriginal housing, land rights and recognition. Join host Wayne Baker on a coast to coast journey to First Nations and Inuit communities across Canada - because sometimes you have to go far to get closer to home. Episodes on Kingcome Inlet BC, Piikani First Nation in Alberta, Kitigan Zibi in Quebec, Akwesasne Mohawk Territory, the Lower Nicola Indian Band in Shulus BC and the Lhoosk’uz Dene Nation will be featured.
