A Voice from the Eastern Door
Place spiraled zucchini on your plate. Pour some tomato sauce over the noodles. Spoon some raw vegan cheese on top or just grate a brazil nut over the top. Sprinkle more of your favorite fresh or dried herbs on top.
LASAGNA SERVING SUGGESTION
Place your zucchini thin strips or discs onto your plate. Place tomato sauce over entire layer. Place a layer of diced veggies. Place a layer of raw vegan cheese. Repeat layering. Sometimes I add fresh tomato slices with marinated mushrooms and veggies to the top layer forming an artistic image to help my carnivore friends to overcome their fear of veggies.
