Start your seedlings in February or March during a full moon.  Pour warm water over the peat pellet disks until they puff up.  Put the seeds in and place in a warm dark spot in your kitchen until a sprout shows.  When the sprout shows, place in a sunny window and keep warm with warm water just to keep it moist until it grows into larger plant then put in ground or larger pot.
