Description of Position: Collaborates with the Program Manager of the Family Support Program in developing goals, obtaining/allocating human and physical resources, developing policies and procedures and ensuring adequate financial resources. Provides direct support to the Service Coordinators in carrying out the key roles assigned to them. Reports directly to the Family Support Program Manager.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree in a health or human services field. Two years experience working with people with developmental disabilities, or a related population. Must be at least 21 years of age, have and maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean drivers abstract in accordance with the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe’s Fleet Policy. Clear background check.
