5. General information regarding management philosophies
6. How animal (beaver, muskrat, etc) management can be carried out in Akwesasne
7. How to prepare and cook beaver and muskrat

February 12th, 2012 from 9:00am to 5:00pm at Gary’s and at the Snye Rec. to skin animals, prepare and cook the meat for the wild food dinner
