Indian Time Newspaper is excited to announce that they will be launching the update of their website with Vol. 30 Issue #4 that will hit the stands next week. The website itself will be subscription based in order to view the entire content of the site. For the month of February the entire website will be available for view for readers see what will be included with a subscription. The link to the Indian Time website will be the same as it was in the past, and can be found at http://www.indiantime.net.
The prices for subscriptions for the website will have a few options. If a reader subscribes to the print edition they will automatically be given online access included in the price for the subscription. The rates currently are: $50 USD for 6-months, $100 USD for 1-year; and $65 CDN for 6-months, $125 CDN for 1-year. If a reader only wants online access the cost will be $45 USD 6 months, and $90 USD for 1 year (only US funds will be accepted). The user name and temporary password for the website will be issued after full payment has been received.
Once the updated website launches live next week it will already have the content from the first three-issues of this year uploaded. Gradually the staff at Indian Time will begin to upload the back issues of the newspaper, which will automatically create a searchable database of all articles. Anyone who has subscribed to the website will then be able to search through the database to find old articles.
The content for the newspaper will be made available by the Saturday of that weeks’ issue by noon. For Vol. 30 Issue #4 the website will go live on Jan. 28 at noon, kick-starting the promotional period. Another great feature available for those who have a subscription to the website will be the ability to comment on articles posted online. All content that appears in the printed paper will also appear online.
