Tsi Snaihne School Open House

All students and family members received an informative and warm welcome to Open House at Tsi Snaihne School on September 21st. Parents/guardians and family members of one hundred and twenty students attended Open House. It was fantastic seeing all the children and family members from our school community.

There was plenty to see and do during Open House at Tsi Snaihne School. Alice King, Early Years Supervisor, made flubber with students and family members and provided information on the importance of play in Early Years. Terrie J. Terrance, M.S. FASD Specialist gave out information and a door prize. Staff and board members from A.M.B.E. had a survey for parents to fill out and a chance to win a door prize. Dwayne Thomas, Bus Supervisor, gave out bus safety rules. Zaki, the Good Character Chameleon gave out balloons to all the children who attended. Tsi Snaihne School staff members gave out information on the Reading Incentive program “Reading our Way to the North Pole”. Along with monthly and term reading incentives, if students read for all nine months they will go to Santa’s Workshop in the North Pole in Lake Placid, NY.
