I sponsored a Tupperware Benefit Raffle for the Akwesasne Freedom School, as I am a Tupperware Consultant.  The winning ticket was drawn in the CKON office (8/30/11). The winner of the raffle was Hillary Pyke – she was very happy to be the winner.

I raised $560 and donated to the Freedom School, which I presented to Aronhiaies Herne (Principal) yesterday.

I would like to thank everyone who purchased tickets.  And I would like to add…”It was with great honor to have the opportunity to donate these funds to such a worthy organization, as they promote our language and our native culture, especially to the upcoming 7 generations.  Niawenkowa”
