INVITATION TO SEXUAL TOUCHING - On the 17th of August, 2011 a Cornwall man was arrested for Invitation to Sexual touching on two youths following an investigation by the Cornwall Community Police Service’s Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Division. The offence is alleged to have occurred on the 13th of August, 2011 when he approached two female youths and invited them to have sex. Louis Tawehalate Mitchell, 59 of Cornwall was charged with Invitation of Sexual Touching and released to appear in court on the 6th of September, 2011.

UNSAFE BACKING - Massena Village police ticketed Toni C. David, 18, of Akwesasne for unsafe backing at 6 p.m. Tuesday August 16 on Bishop Avenue.

WARRANT - Joshua Zachary, 20 of Kanawake, Quebec was arrested on the 18th of August, 2011 under the strength on an outstanding warrant. It is alleged that he failed to attend court on the 2nd of August, 2011. He was located and charged with Fail to attend court. He was held in custody until court the following day.
