Minor Midget Colts moving to next playoff round

Manager- Cornwall Colts Minor Midget “B”

In game #1 in Long Sault- The Colts were lifted by a superb performance from goalie Brett Warner.  He stopped 26 of 28 shots to lead his team to a 7-2 win. The Colts gave a team effort, which saw several players scoring:

Brantley Adams and Brian Landry (called-up from the bantam) both had 2 goals and one assist. Other goals went to Colin Allaire, Nick Scott and Jordan Cadieux. Brad Wilson, who was also called up from the bantam squad, managed an assist on top of a strong physical presence on the blue line.

In game #2- Samuel Dussault was in front of the net for the Colts- and very early on- made some key saves for his team. The Colts scored 9 goals and won the game 9-5.

Brantley Adams had 3 goals and 2 assists, Grayson Phillips had 2 goals and 6 helpers while Naylen Laffin had 4 goals and 1 assist.

Joe Grady, Blaise Leroux, Conor Périard, Sam Walsh, Kris Villeneuve, Mikael Dobson, Joshua Landry and affiliate player Brock Dazé all managed to get on the score sheet with helpers during these two games. The Colts will now face the winner between Alexandria and South Dundas.
