On behalf of the Mohawk Chapter of the Six Nations Agriculture Society, I wish to express my heartfelt thanks for all who helped to make this Mohawk Year at the New York State Fair-Indian Village a tremendous success.
This twelve-day event was accomplished by the full support and sponsorship of the St. Regis Band Council and the St. Regis Mohawk Tribe, who came to our support in our time of need. Their help is most appreciated. A large part of our success came about through the efforts of our Indian Village Princess Ms. Hattie Edwards whose elegance and winning personality helped to make Mohawk Year at the fair a roaring success.
Once again Akwesasne thanks for coming out to help us celebrate on Indian Day.
