The Mohawk Education Committee has a long tradition of awarding scholarships to the top two Native American students from both Salmon River and Massena Central. These are some of our most promising students and we are honored to help them in any way possible. This year the M.E.C. scholarships went to Abe Francis who will be attending Cornell University, Raymond Phillips who will be attending Clarkson University, Jessica Tarbell who will be attending Dartmouth, and Olivia Cook who will be attending Cornell University. We are very proud of these students and can’t wait to see what the future holds for them.
