The Akwesasne Sports Women’s summer soccer team hosted Potsdam Tons team at the Generations Park on the evening of Tuesday June 8. The Potsdam ladies are the Champs of last summer’s league and Akwesasne Sports tried but failed to defeat them with a score of 6-1. The only goal came from Corie Phillips who also played for Massena High School. Better luck next game girls.
