Teen Night Report

Teens of Akwesasne had one fun filled night at the Akwesasne Boys and Girls club on Friday February the 12th. As an ongoing attempt to keep our youth of the streets the ABGC will begin holding teen nights throughout the school year, open to all teens. Teens participating will have opportunities throughout the night to receive free memberships to the club, listen to great music over our sound system, play games to win prizes and make many life long friends, all in a positive safe drug and alcohol free environment.

On the 12th there were 21 teens that participated in ball hockey, dance competition, saltine whistle contest, and guitar hero.

A big Niawenhko:wa would like to sent out to all teens who came out to the club and made our teen night a success, the Akwesasne boys and Girls Club would also like to thank Rt. 37 Tobacco and deli for donating sandwich platters and some fruit pizza’ it was DEEELICIOUS!
