Most people are aware that a weight loss attempt does not always equal weight loss success. Losing weight is like any other recipe. You need all the ingredients present at the exact same time and within precise ratios to achieve the desired effect.
Think about weight loss success as being just like the parts of a car engine. When only one part is missing, the entire unit fails to function properly and in many cases one missing engine part will translate into a situation where the engine does not run at all. Getting your weight loss “ingredients” exact is the key to your weight loss success in the New Year. The top 10 actions that will stall your weight loss attempts are as follows.
#10…a lack of sleep. Sleep debt and stalled weight loss are directly related. This includes any activity where you are up beyond 10:30 at night. The World Health Organization has already declared shift work a potential carcinogen for its’ ability to disturb the natural healing cycles of the body.
#9….the consumption of foods high in sugar or foods that act like sugar in the bloodstream. Nothing gets weight loss stalled or fat gain initiated more rapidly than foods that spike blood sugar. There is no government or medical source of information available that educates in a complete way regarding this highly dangerous food category. Unfortunately there are also many chemicals that also spike blood sugar by eliciting an internal release of sugar from the liver. Independent research is absolutely necessary in this area if weight loss success is the goal. If someone leads a hectic lifestyle their ability to recover from any stress is extremely limited and therefore the less exercise stress they should expose themselves to.
