Last Thursday was a gorgeous day with the sun shining and a cool breeze blowing. It was the perfect day to end the golf season at the Senior Ladies Ryder Cup Golf Tournament at Cedar View in Massena for the wonderful ladies who have been golfing all summer long. The tournament brought out a total of 32 players made up of mother-daughter and grandmother-granddaughter teams for the 9 hole contest. The tournament activities also included a visit from Amanda Garrow and Diane Durant from the Let’s Get Healthy Program who were on the course taking blood pressure and glucose level checks as participants played through. After the tournament was a light luncheon followed by league and tournament awards.
