Iakhihsohtha Home for the Elderly in Tsi Snaihne (Snye) was turned into a sea of grass skirts and flowers Friday afternoon. The home held a Hawaiian luau for all residents and their friends and families.
Guests came dressed appropriately for the party but were outdone by the residents who were dressed the best of all.
A band played music for the crowd and some sang and danced. Others drank punch and ate pineapple and others just enjoyed the visitors to the building.
