A Voice from the Eastern Door

2 lbs. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
¼ cup water
Boboli Bread
*Taco Sauce
*Black Olives
1 head lettuce, shredded
2 tomatoes, diced
1 cup grated cheese
1 can refriend beans (16 oz.) refried
Cook ground beef over medium heat until brown. Drain excess fat. Add seasoning mix. Stir. Bring to a boil. Warm Boboli bread according to package directions. Heat the can of refried beans. To serve, layer on bread, refried beans, then meat mixture, shredded lettuce, cheese, tomatoes and a dollop of sour cream on top.
*Taco sauce and black olives are optional.
