A Voice from the Eastern Door
Prep Time: 15 mins., Cooking Time: 12-14 mins.
Ingredients:
1 ½ lbs. Chicken thighs, boneless, skinless
1 1/2 cups cornflakes
1 tsp. paprika
½ tsp. Italian herb seasoning
¼ tsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp. onion powder
Preheat over to 400F. Cut thighs into bite-size pieces
Place cornflakes in plastic bag and crush using rolling pin
Add spices to cornflakes. Close bag tightly and shake until blended. Add a few chicken pieces at a time to crumb mixture and shake to coat evenly.
Lightly grease cooking sheet. Place chicken pieces on cooking sheet so they are not touching.
Bake until golden brown, about 12 to 14 minutes.
