Letter to the editor

We are asking for donations for Iowisennewen Quintyn Jackson. He is the 10-day-old son of Joey Jackson and Karakwahawi Ransom and the grandson of Bruce and Linda Jackson. He was born March 7, 2009 in Massena and brought to Crouse Hospital in Syracuse on March 10, 2009. His right hart values shut down which requires him to have surgery. He is currently in Syracuse until Tuesday March 17, 2009. Then he will be sent to Strong Memorial Heart Institution in Rochester, NY. We have put jars out at various stores in the community to help pay for travel and other expenses. Any donation is greatly needed and appreciated by the family of baby Iowisennewen Jackson.
