The staff at Hospice of the North Country would like to thank Todd Conners, Janique Odjick, and all those who sponsored, donated, volunteered and participated in the 1st Annual Warren S. Conners Memorial Golf Tournament that was held on August 30, 2008 at Cedar View Golf Course. Your combined efforts generated $13,089.95. This donation will have a huge impact on the level of care that we are able to provide our patients and their families. There are few words to describe the selflessness and compassion that inspires people to coordinate and participate in events that benefit non-profit organizations such as ours.

Without the help of our caring friends, we would be unable to improve the quality of life and preserve the dignity of those with terminal illness and their loved ones.  In that regard, we are so fortunate to those who wholeheartedly support our agency.
