Tsi Snaihne students learn about tulip planting

The grade 3 and 4 Skahwatsi:ra students at Tsi Snaihne School took part in the “Plant the Promise Project” last week.

In their science class the students began learning about planting and growing tulips.  They spent time making a plan and a design to contribute to improving the grounds at Tsi Snaihne School.

On the morning of Oct. 23, the students worked along side Community Support through ACFS  to design a tulip garden that spells out our school name.  The grade 3 and 4 Skahwatsi:ra Students are asking the community for support in ensuring that no damage is done to this garden.  They have worked very hard and would like to see the growth of these tulips in the coming years.
