The Salmon River Central Boys Soccer team ended their season with a record of 8-2-2 by sending Parishville Hopkinton home with a 1-0 loss. The Shamrocks will be allowed to prepare for the Class B play-offs.
During the chilly Friday afternoon at home, the SRC team played and honored their senior players.
There was no scoring in the first half of the contest but there was a lot of back and forth action between the 2 teams. In the second period a chance opened up for Nathan Bero to pass over to Dan Gerow for the lone goal. Steve Durant (SRC) earned 13 saves along with this shutout.
